ServiceLink is New Hampshire's Aging and Disability Resource Center and provides free information, counseling, and assistance with aging- and disability-related services. It can help people understand Medicare and Medicaid, explore long-term-care choices, find community resources, and locate caregiver information and support.

Operated by the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council, the Littleton Area Senior Center provides services supporting older adults and adults with disabilities. Services include community meals, home-delivered meals, transportation, outreach and resource assistance, wellness activities, and opportunities for social connection.

Granite State Independent Living helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible in their homes and communities. Its services include independent-living support, personal-care programs, employment-related assistance, community-based supports, and disability advocacy.

Developmental Disability & Acquired Brain Injury Services
Northern Human Services is New Hampshire's designated Region 1 Area Agency for developmental services and serves Littleton and the surrounding North Country. It provides individualized services for people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders, including service coordination, residential supports, supported employment, community-based services, family support, and other assistance. Northern Human Services identifies Littleton as a Developmental Services location, distinct from its White Mountain Mental Health services.

North Country Home Health & Hospice provides healthcare and supportive services in people's homes throughout northern New Hampshire. Services include skilled home healthcare and rehabilitation as well as hospice care, caregiver education and support. The agency is Medicare certified and serves communities throughout northern Grafton and Coös counties.
