Finding healthcare should not begin with having to understand the healthcare system.

The North Country has hospitals, community health centers, primary-care providers, specialty services, dental care, reproductive healthcare, and programs designed to help people access medical services. Littleton Community Services maintains this guide to make healthcare resources easier to find and understand. The resources below include local and regional healthcare providers, community health programs, and services that may help people access or navigate care.

NOT SURE WHERE TO BEGIN?

Contact Littleton Community Services and tell us what kind of assistance you are looking for. We can help identify possible resources and work with you to determine what comes next.

CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST OF HEALTHCARE?

Do not assume that being uninsured or unable to afford a medical bill means that assistance is unavailable. Some Littleton healthcare providers offer sliding-fee programs, financial assistance, or patient-navigation services based on income and household circumstances.Littleton Community Services can help you identify available programs, understand application requirements, organize documents, and work through the appl ication process.
