White Mountain Mental Health, part of Northern Human Services, provides community-based mental-health services for children and adults. Services include outpatient care and additional supports for people with ongoing or more significant mental-health needs. Northern Human Services also provides services for people experiencing substance-use disorders.

Center for New Beginnings is a nonprofit outpatient psychotherapy practice providing counseling to individuals and families. Ammonoosuc Community Health Services provides behavioral-health services alongside primary healthcare. Behavioral-health services at its Littleton location include assessment and referral, individual counseling, and substance-use-disorder counseling.
