Littleton Community Services (“LCS”) respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, participate in our programs, or request assistance. Throughout this Privacy Policy, references to “Littleton Community Services,” “LCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Littleton Community Services. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information LCS may collect through its website, why that information may be collected, how it may be used, and some of the circumstances in which information may be shared. Our guiding principle is straightforward: We seek to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide assistance, maintain continuity, operate our programs, and understand whether our services are working.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Some people who contact LCS may be dealing with housing instability, homelessness, disability, healthcare, mental health, substance use, recovery, domestic or sexual violence, financial hardship, legal matters, or other sensitive circumstances. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, passwords, detailed medical records, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website contact form or ordinary email unless specifically instructed to do so through an appropriate process.
LCS seeks to avoid collecting sensitive information when it is not necessary for the assistance being requested.
HOW INFORMATION MAY BE USED
Information submitted to LCS may be used to:
REFERRALS AND INFORMATION SHARING
LCS may recommend that an individual contact another organization or provider. A referral does not automatically authorize LCS to disclose your personal information to that organization. When LCS needs to communicate personal information directly to another organization on someone's behalf, LCS may request separate authorization or a Release of Information when appropriate.
WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION
LCS does not sell personal information submitted by people seeking information or assistance. LCS does not provide personal client information to third parties in exchange for payment for marketing purposes.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
LCS may use third-party companies to operate portions of its website, email, communications, file storage, analytics, security, scheduling, or other administrative systems. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services. LCS may use information in anonymous or aggregated form to better understand community needs, evaluate services, identify service gaps, prepare reports, or explain the organization's work. For example, LCS might report the number of people assisted with housing, transportation, employment, or benefits during a particular period. LCS will seek to avoid intentionally identifying individual clients in public reporting unless the individual has separately authorized such identification.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY
LCS may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other lawful process. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to protect the rights, safety, or security of LCS, its personnel, website users, program participants, or others.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The LCS website is intended as a general community-resource website for individuals 18 years of age and older. The website is not directed to children under 13, and LCS does not knowingly solicit or seek to collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you contact LCS, we may respond using the contact information you provide. Providing contact information for purposes of receiving assistance does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional communications.

You may also contact LCS to ask questions about personal information you have provided, request correction of inaccurate personal information, or request deletion of personal information associated with you. LCS will honor applicable rights concerning access, correction, and deletion of personal information as required by New Hampshire law. LCS may also honor such requests voluntarily when a particular legal requirement does not apply, subject to information that LCS is permitted or required to retain for legitimate legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping purposes.
