New Hampshire Medicaid provides non-emergency medical transportation for eligible Medicaid members who do not have transportation, or cannot afford transportation, to covered healthcare services. Depending on the member's coverage, transportation is arranged through MTM (Medical Transportation Management) or CTS (Coordinated Transportation Solutions). Services can also include reimbursement when an eligible friend or family member provides the transportation.
May be helpful if you: have New Hampshire Medicaid and need transportation to a covered medical, behavioral-health, dental, pharmacy, therapy, hospital, or other eligible healthcare service; need an accessible form of transportation; or have a friend or family member who can drive you and want to determine whether mileage reimbursement is available.
